What’s Included During Your Preventative Maintenance:

Air Conditioning: 

  • 50 Point Tune-Up of AC Components- Inspection Report provided to customer
  • Check refrigerant and pressure
  • Check T-Stat for proper operation
  • Tighten electrical connections
  • Water wash of outdoor condenser
  • Water flush of indoor drain lines
  • Inspection report provided to homeowner

Heating: 

  • 48 Point Tune-Up & Safety Inspection of Heating Components- Inspection Report provided to customer
  • Full inspection of furnace and assemblies
  • Inspect and adjust furnace burner/ignition assembly
  • Evaluate and check the heat exchanger for cracks or damage
  • Examine air filter condition and airflow
  • Monitor flue draft and inspect gas piping
  • Test furnace safety controls

Plumbing: 

  • Annual System Inspection
  • Water Heater Flush
  • Whole Home Plumbing Inspection
  • Up to 2 Tank Water Heaters or 1 Tankless Water Heater
