Founded in 2008, Total Air Service is a veteran and family-owned HVAC & Plumbing service provider for repairs, maintenance, and installation of HVAC and plumbing equipment. We were founded by Chad and Robin Carter beginning in commercial HVAC service & repair for many local businesses.
In 2018 Total Air developed a residential service department managed by Nichole Snellgrove, the daughter of Chad and Robin Carter. Our Plumbing division opened in 2023 with service provided by Master Plumber, Keno Sunderland who has over 22-years’ experience in the Plumbing industry. Total Air has become what it is because of our great employees. They have worked to build a strong service division based on a foundation of great customer service. We only recruit and hire honest and trustworthy technicians and train them to have a strong mechanical skillset.
