I had AC/Heating issues with my upstairs system. The first company that came out, at a cost, evaluated the issue(s) and diagnosed it as a bad evaporator coil. The replacement cost quoted was out of this world ! I surfed the internet and stumbled on Total Air, read their impressive reviews (praising Nichole all the way), so I decided to give Nichole a call. She immediately sent out a technician to evaluate the issue (at no cost, yes at no cost). The next two days the coil was replaced to my ULTIMATE SATISFACTION for 65% of the cost quoted by the first vendor!!
Fantastic company, from scheduling and pricing to the service that was provided. Cutter was knowledgeable and thorough. I was in a situation where they easily could have taken advantage of the situation, but they did not. They quickly had a technician scheduled and worked around a personal scheduling conflict. The price was by far the best in town! I had a gas leak and had complete confidence in the safety of my family after Cutter left. I would highly recommend them!
We called on a Friday night at midnight to ask if we could have someone out first thing in the morning. The next day we were having an inspector out to the house so it was an urgent call. Not only did Cutter show up a tad earlier than we expected, he was polite and fixed the issue in less than an hour. To our amazement, since we were first time customers, we were only charged $49 for the call out! Thank you for the amazing service!
