Our journey began when founders Chad and Robin Carter saw a need for dependable, high-quality HVAC service in the local community. With Chad’s mechanical expertise and a dedication to service shaped by his military background, the Carters launched Total Air Service with a clear mission: to provide top-notch commercial HVAC repair and maintenance for local businesses.

Expanding to Serve Homes and Families
In 2018, we expanded our expertise to residential HVAC service, welcoming Nichole Snellgrove, daughter of Chad and Robin, to lead this new division. Nichole brought the same commitment to professionalism and customer care that had defined our work for a decade—paired with a deep understanding of what homeowners truly need: clear communication, respect for their time and property, and solutions that provide year-round comfort.

Adding Plumbing for Complete Comfort Solutions
In 2023, we took another step forward by introducing our Plumbing Division. This addition allowed our customers to rely on one trusted provider for both HVAC and plumbing needs.
